Because 2019 will be your best year yet
Every morning, I like to start off my day with a journal entry. There are four components to the entry: a motivational quote for the day, three things I’m letting go of, three things I’m grateful for and three things I will accomplish.
I sort of got the idea from several podcasts and other bloggers that I follow and melded it into my own little ritual. I only started this exercise about a month ago, but it has been immensely helpful to kick off my day. It helps me focus, let go of negativity and set manageable goals.
So, in honor of the New Year and my new daily habit, I thought I’d share with you some of my favorite motivational quotes.
Here are 19 quotes to kickoff 2019:
- “I didn’t get there by wishing for it or hoping for it, but by working for it.” -Estee Lauder
- “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.” -Oprah Winfrey

- “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” -Albert Einstein

I love the idea of starting each day with a few notes in a journal. I used to collect quotes that spoke to me, not sure when I stopped doing that, but your blog has inspired me to start again. It’s never too late!
That’s awesome! It’s so enjoyable to collect quotes and be inspired!
I really need to start reading more quotes! I love these!!! Thank you for sharing 😃
Thank you for reading! Hope 2019 is your best year yet!
I am so in love with the Eleanor Roosevelt one! I sykrocketed my business in the past two months by applying it (I made an exception on Christmas day… well except that testing my father’s new sauce could qualify as scary).
Who else is not only reads motivation quotes but also try to apply them?
That is awesome! I love Eleanor Roosevelt – so much wisdom! Yes- applying these quotes is key, right? They are meaningless unless we take action. Thank you so much for sharing and congrats on your business success!
